  This seller had good communication. Shipping was my only draw back. FedEx took two weeks to deliver what was supposed to take three days. The package looked like it was used for a football. This is a good seller but needs to find another way to ship in my opinion.

  Unfortunately, part that I received was not the part in the picture that I ordered from. Contacted customer service. They corrected the problem. Great communication and fantastic service.

  . Box arrived in a “dropped condition”—crushed in one spot. Upon opening box, noticed the Item’s regulator (female) plug was damaged. Inadequate packaging to provide sufficient cushioning—No bubble wrap. No styrofoam peanuts. Shipping was reasonable time-wise and cost.

  Just installed the BMW alternator, and it is as described. Works as a new alternator should, quiet and fits as it should. Pulley included. The price on this piece was very good considering it is new. Packing and shipping was also very good, and delivery was prompt. Thank you seller A++++++++.
