    I received my Epson printer even though it was delivered to the wrong address. It's a good thing FedEx takes pictures of their deliveries. The printer looked almost new. It was in great condition and came with all of the original paperwork and disc to set it up. This was a great buy and the printer is very economical to use. The printer is of good quality. The printer came in the original box that it was purchased with. Great communication with the seller.

    Well, this is one of those situations didn’t go quite nice as planned however, mistakes sometimes happen. The item arrived and did not function properly. I reached out to the seller who quickly responded and apologized for the item not working. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to replace it, but he promptly refunded my money.. The communication was great, mistakes, sometimes happen even though the the transaction did not go exactly the way I had hoped I would buy from the seller again.

    There was a big hole in the USPS outter box and in the motor packing box, appears to be ok. Is as described, nice value but I haven't had a chance to install it to make sure it is working. Will install it tomorrow Saturday, June 21st, hopefully if it doesn't rain.

    It was shipped/rec'd within a week. While it stated open box, the box was sealed and did not appear to ever be opened. The sound bar/woofer were in great shape/new. Once installed both the sound bar and woofer connected quickly to my Samsung tv. It was music to my ears (pun intended :)). Pricing was very favorable as well. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, highly recommend!!! TY!!!
