    The DVD was late by ebay's messages. My phone practically blew up on Wednesday with all the messages stating that my package would be arriving that day. It did show up finally on Friday. When I purchased the item it was described as being new and unopened. But it actually had been opened. The DVD box had a shrink wrap (not original) on it. The outer cover was not wrapped and was showing signs of wear. Arriving late and with signs of wear, I can only assume that I have been lied to by R2 Outlet

    It took me 2 weeks to receive my item, and the seller offed to give me a credit. I never received the credit. The item works great, and it was as described. I'm just disappointed with the seller's response time. They have been slow and so far, they haven't honored what they said they would do.
