  I received the package with the trimmer via delivery. The trimmer handle was damaged during shipping due to what I believe to be the result of rough handling. I contacted the seller, and they immediately got moving to get a new handle sent to me and were very polite during the process. The trimmer is a very nice tool, the engine is smooth, vibration is minimal, and the edges are sharp. Thanks to the seller for a good deal, and taking care of problems they didn't cause.
