    The heat pump has the in and out mis-labeled. In the picture they are not marked at all. When it arrived it had two 'out' stickers over the two pipes. We found a diagram to show us which one is 'in' and 'out'. We have not hooked it up yet to further review. It was priced very good, and shipped quick. Response from the seller is quick too.

    Even though the listing showed three available when I purchased it. The seller contacted me saying the only one left was too damaged to ship. Amazingly enough it was immediately listed at a higher price than the one and the same amount available that was listed when I bought it. In other words they did not want to honor the price that they had it listed at when I purchased it

    I have received my order it was delivered to my in good condition, it was packaged nicely and I am happy about receiving my item. Thank you. I also need to say that I have not yet taken it out of the package . I have not yet assembled the item and I have no idea of its performance and I need the opportunity to give you a followup on weather it works or not.
