  Hello, I received the item and it was the same as described and pictured and I installed it and after testing it for a few days, I noticed that the gears didn't really work well and it slipped as the phone was turning. For it being brand new, I was an unsatisfied customer. I spoke with seller and they only gave me a partial refund for my issue. This is the reason why the post is neutral and not positive. Would of been negative if they didn't contact me back. Thanks for something at least
