    The item was packaged very well even though it was not the part I ordered. I understand that these things can happen cause I work in shipping warehouse so I called them and the gentleman who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and he corrected the issue and sent out the part that day and expedited the delivery.     As described, prompt shipping via 2 Day FedEx as promised in listing (which now means it arrives on day 3 - it was in town and 'out for delivery' at 10am on day 2 but ultimately 'not attempted/not delivered' and returned to the warehouse because it was too late AT 4 PM! - really?). Happy will seller, FedEx not so much.
