    Had a slight problem when I ordered, (my fault I must admit) I ordered the wrong item, I then returned an item which should of been sent to my customer Again fully my fault, I messaged on eBay, I also called them I spoke to Simon who liaised with the office staff, and they had received my incorrect parcel, the whole complexity of the process was dealt with in minutes, And they said they’d send my parcel back to me next day, so I could deliver to my customer asap. So I increased my order 😃
