  Great transaction, the box was shipped upstide down and sustained damage but the part was just fine. Since I was on travel, the seller worked with me to verify it was good when I returned. Will deal with them again in the future. The shipping costs were very reasonable given the packaging and weight of the transmission.

The part was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent inside of a box for extra protection. It was shipped timely. After installed, we noticed it to be in perfect working condition.   Shipping was a little pricey - but the item was exactly what I needed. Vendor packaged it wrapped in about 100 USPS padded envelopes, then bubble wrapped, then in a cardboard box. It was shipped via USPS - they would have had to try really hard to break this ! Installed in 15 minutes. It took more time to unwrap it than to install it. We now can use our oven again. Thanks :)

  Through no fault of the seller, USPS took their sweet time getting the package delivered. Thankfully the seller did a great job of packing the item, the padding kept the control panel unscathed. Even though the part is used, it looks brand new, better than the pictures used for the description!
