  While I experienced a significant issue with my initial order – the sofas arrived in very poor condition (dirty and damaged) and delivery was delayed – I am updating my feedback because the seller did take action to resolve the problem. They promptly accepted the return and have processed a full refund without any further issues. Although the initial product quality was unacceptable, I appreciate the seller s responsiveness in resolving the situation with a refund and return.

  Just received the sofas and couldn't be more pleased, they were delivered within 2 days, good communication with delivery times and the lads who brought them couldn't have been more helpful, they went above and beyond with helping to bring them into our property and setting them up, and the quality of the sofas are fantastic too!
