  We purchased the GE Icemaker as an open box item described as: An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. We received the icemaker with one of the corners dented all along the height of the unit, so it was not in excellent/new condition. The unit works and makes ice, so I contacted the seller for a resolution. They refunded some of the purchase price for the damage and we were satisfied with the new price. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again as they did right by us.
