    I was not shipped a Wheeler Gun smith screwdriver set that I had ordered. Instead, I was sent an off-brand regular screwdriver set that somehow was shipped from Amazon. I did reach out to both eBay and the seller and the seller and was offered a full refund which I received. The seller did have good communication which I appreciated and let me know the steps where I could send back the incorrect item. That helped fix the issue. Good customer service.
