  Though I haven't been able to use my new heat press, it arrived safely and in a very reasonable timeframe! Up opening the outer box, I found the heat press well packed with protective materials to prevent moving around during shipping! I was surprised at just how large this press is and EXCITED to begin creating quality products! I am VERY pleased with my order!   THIS Item was defective out of the box, seller has been the worst i have ever dealt with on eBay for 10 years. I will never buy from this seller again, I simply just wanted to send back a defective product. They have been extremely difficult and tried everything to get out of it. Tried to make me make a video, but all eBay required was pictures which I sent. I'm still have problems with them not providing prepaid shipping label to sed it back. Trusting eBay to help me with this seller.

  The buyer only sent a packaging photo and claimed he is an engineer who knows the item must be defective. We simply asked for more evidence, but he refused. If you read this comment, I suggest you block him.
