  Hola saludos, me e comunicado varias ves con el vendedor explicándole q no se donde esta el paquete, pero me dice que tenga paciencia, pero no a llegado desde el 24/ de Abril/24,pero fui al correo y dicen que esta perdido,..y no me ayudan....

  Dear Buyer, We shipped out the item the next day you purchased it. However, USPS erroneously sent the item to another country, but as you can see we did our due diligence to reach out to USPS, open a case for them to investigate it. As a result, USPS was able to find the package and successfully deliver it to you.
