  Product was authentic and brand-new as listed, shipping time was fair based on the location, packaging was great and everything was as described, and definitely worth the value in my case, due to it being limited edition, the only issue was lack of communication, other than that amazing product!   Bought a pair of Lux OY output transformers, I received a (working) different pair than the one in the auction pictures, basically the same model but older design (they showed the low loss 5K HP and I received the classic 5K). Expect 4-5 days before the product is shipped. No message was responded to. I chose to keep them and not return because I payed import tax (not cheap in EU) before seeing that they are different than in the pictures and I would not get a refund on that.

  I bought an item , waited 2 weeks , sending several messages no answer , an 1 day , i got a we can t send item because it was sold in the shop , so i bought an other item same thing after waiting again , 1 day we can t send item because sold in our shop so 2 times in a row shows a very poor management and no professionalism also no sorry or excuse us in anyway even ask do you want a refund well do i have the chose , this kind of dealers should be band from bay as they don't respect customers
