However, the markings on each individual package are different from the item number as shown online, which made it a bit difficult to figure out which battery works with the iPhones for which they were ordered. Some coordination is required in this aspect of service.

But my follow-up questions were answered quickly and the amount I paid was refunded promtly. Excellent seller apparently got stuck with a bad batch of batteries from supplier. I would do business with this seller again.

    2 stars for shipping is not the sellers fault. It is solely USPS fault for sending it to the same two locations in the wrong state. By the time it arrived the seller had refunded the money and I purchased another one. This one works fine and the seller advised me to keep it
