  I received the heat pad this morning and have it on my shoulder now . It has heat in it not enough to burn anyone. I am in a nursing home. Would purchase through this company again. The first one was lost in transit. They sent me a email straight away and sent me a new one.

  The item is very cheap looking and has no name or stickers on it for adding a name. I thought it was personalised so i sent the name i wanted fir the light! They sent a message back saying they didn't understand my message? They also did not explain the lamp comes blank with no name! They sent the lamp before finishing contact wth them as i asked to cancel order. There reply was "it doesnt work that way" There was also nothing in box to add a name.
