  We did not receive the product as apparently the limited availability resulted in our order not being filled. It took several days to convince the seller that the tracking information they were provided by their shipper was incorrect and referred to another shipment to another customer. But in the end, they issued a full refund with apologies. So although our order was ultimately not filled, the seller was extremely prompt in refunding our full payment in order to make it right.
