  I didn't want this item. I contacted the seller before shipping, asking them to cancel the order. The seller shipped it out with no regard of my request. After receiving the item, the seller asked why I wanted to return it. Seller isn't Intuitive and not reasonable. I made a mistake on placing the order and the seller tried to force me to keep them item. Shady business practice.

  Wipers sat in Chicago mail for over a week. Got ahold of seller, he asked that I please wait just a bit more. Sure enough, they made it. So, very good price for wipers, ship time terrible, seller communication fantastic. I wasn't in that big of a hurry for them, but get concerned as time goes by. Seller was right, so I'm happy.
