    The packaging was beautiful. It took a while to get thru shipping but it arrived eventually and well secured. I loved that it was double wrapped so it made sure the item was extra safe. And the item itself is beautiful and I received a note on how to use it. I hope it works for me. Also I love how the seller included a lid for my candle. I thought it was awesome. It also appears as if this item was well made as stated by the seller. So I believe this item is brand new and specially made

    Arrived quickly and in hopefully good condition. The box and wrapping are intact but it wasn't well padded for shipping and you can tell the packs inside got tossed around and bunched up. I will still give positive feedback, though.
