    Literally is safest method to ship pumps. Guy was looking for reasons to complain because a hospitalization prevented me from answering a ? He had. Apparently that's poor communication. I responded as soon as I was home apologizing about the health issues. No reply until yesterday when he said "must be why you missed the giant crack in it" and proceeded to tell me how I'm a terrible business and that a hospitalization is no excuse for not responding. It was a small chip in the wear ring, btw
