    This seller shipper fast and put my item in a padded envelope so it arrived safely to me. I don't have my Playstation 5 yet (in the mail) so I can't fully test my controller but when I pressed on the center button it lit up and responded exactly how it was supposed to. Packaging was excellent with a good layer of bubble wrap to keep item safe during its long journey. As for the item itself, the PC was just as it was described, it was clearly used by the condition of the item's box, however, the PC was nearly flawless in physical condition and works perfectly!     Product was packaged very good. It showed up and couple days later thanks to FedEx, but the Jbl boombox 3 wifi, was just as pictured and I'm currently charging it and can't wait to hear it. I would definitely trust this seller and I'm sure i will buy from them in a heartbeat . They responded to every question i had, quickly and even had an automatic response that they were away ,and when they would be back. I'm leaving feedback before I've had a chance to play it.
