    Forget the positive feedback. Seems the only way I can leave a message. Item not received. Delivered to the wrong address! Picture of FedEx delivery does not match my address. FedEx claims my delivery address does not match their records. Seller and tracking info have the correct address. I have ordered this item from 2 different sellers and have not received it either time. This is ridiculous!!

I knew I wasn't paying for an authentic labubu but my daughters were more than excited to play with it and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of tracking down a real one for $$.     Sorry but I am truthful and gave from the 11th to the 29th to receive the plushy toy. After having to message on the 17th saying a cancellation would be done within 3 days if order not shipped, to eBay asking for allowance till the 30 and today the package still 5 days out because of the shipper DHL!! And now being refunded for a birthday gift that was well made to never show. This is the first negative review I have had the unjoyable task to give a seller. Frustrated at your negligence Bill B

    shipped faster than expected. its cute, but its not the same as shown in the listing which i dont see anyone talking about. different material, different design of the brows, nose, and hair. this listed photo has been circulating all over ebay and im not sure if anyone actually carries the identical plushie, because the one received is not the same. but close enough i guess
