    Excellent communication. I had several questions and requested additional photos and she was very friendly and efficient. They were shipped in a box with each shoe wrapped individually in paper and also paper in the toe area to prevent squishing and extra paper on top. I LOVE my new-to-me silver lined Crocs!     Seller gave me a great deal on this item. The item was as described. It was used but it must have been worn very lightly because it is in great condition. This was definitely win for getting something in my favorite color that was LLBean. Packaging was great . I always appreciate a bag within a bag to keep the item dry. Shipping costs were good.
