  Buyer asked for 40% discount when I was not accepting offers on the item - USPS did in fact lose the package and it got re-routed, as soon as I was aware it was not delivered in the window, I immediately called USPS and opened a case and requested the item get get delivered. Buyer sent a message on Friday 6/6 and message was replied to on Monday 6/9 - so the message was replied to within 1 business day.
