    I’m took a full three weeks to come, primarily because it took nearly two weeks to ship. Seller reached out with apologies on day 10, but there was no communication prior, I was never supplied tracking, and they never responded to my subsequent message asking for a shipping or tracking update.

    I’m truly sorry for the delay in your order and for the lack of timely communication. I had a family emergency that unexpectedly pulled me away, but I understand that doesn’t change your experience. I did reach out as soon as I was able and mailed your decals right after. I typically ship small decals via first-class mail as it's the only way to offer free shipping. I appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how I handle comunication during unexpected delays. Thank you again
