  Ordered 10/4. A shipping label was created 10/8 but as of today USPS has not received the item. I messaged seller with no response. Have contacted eBay. Received a message to rate item today that USPS has yet to receive. Horrible communication from seller (none).

  The item was left in my mailbox with flag up for pickup. My daughter did not know any better (we have two birthdays in October and she's 9) and checked the mail and brought it in thinking it was a gift. She sat it on the big shelf with a few other boxes. I did not realize this until the case was opened on the 18th. After I was aware that same day I shipped immediately and buyer received the item on 21st. Very bad mistake on my part. But unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen. :(
