They got the package out fast and helped me expedite it when the courier got delayed, and they actually delivered it way earlier in the day compared to the usual evening time, which was appreciated.   I had a great experience purchasing from this seller. I bought 4 ratchet straps from them. Throughout the transaction the seller was professional, courteous and replied to messages promptly. Shipping was fast and the straps were brand new in factory packaging. No doubts about the quality or the value. The straps were visually appealing in the sturdy cardboard Home Depot box. A FedEx driver in our area is probably stealing packages or dumping them somewhere to avoid doing their work. Another FedEx package of another item is going through the same scenario, scanned as delivered but the driver is not on camera as even driving by the whole day. Refunded, all 5 stars, it's ok.
