    Ich habe einen LED-Scheinwerfer über einen Preisvorschlag erworben, der akzeptiert wurde. Kurz darauf wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Ware nicht mehr verfügbar sei, obwohl sieben Stück noch auf Lager waren, wie es der eBay-Account des Verkäufers angibt. Daraufhin hat er den Kauf abgebrochen und das Geld zurückgeschickt. Über den eBay-Account meiner Frau habe ich ihm geschrieben, Er hat darauf geantwortet, dass er die Ware auf Lager hat und eine Lieferung innerhalb 3 tage liefert. e-Bay macht nix.

    In the picture clearly shows black light. And black in description. They sent me red ones, which i sent back. I spent £175 on them, plus £14 return, and they offered me £50 refund. This was on 23rd August. It has taken me 4 times to contact ebay who were brilliant in helping solve the situation, but if it hadnt been for them, the company kept telling me to close the case and they would pay. ebay said this is a lie, and they would not have to pay if case is closed. Never do business with these

    Do not buy from this seller. I'm extremely upset because they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. There is a serious lack of professionalism and accountability on the seller's part. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they just ignore my messages. They offered me an unfair solution: a $50 refund and told me to just use the headlights they mistakenly sent. That is completely unacceptable, because those are not the headlights I ordered — they sent me something entirely dif
