    I would appreciate if you remove the negative feedback. You are complaining that the package was heavy. The package was safely packaged on wooden base as standard packaging used for all our customers. Making packaging lighter per your earlier request needed bigger volume & hence much more shipping cost. You declined to pay such additional cost for the lighter package in a massage to me dated Feb 9,2024, you requested standard package. Also, fan was not dirty, shipped in a clean brand condition.
