  After receiving a unit that was damaged in shipping, a tech named Danny reached out to me and connected via video connection, talking me through troubleshooting the problem. It was too serious to be fixed, so I shipped the damaged unit back at their expense, and received a new machine in perfect condition within a few days. very good customer service, would definitely recommend ProCoffeeGear.

  Experience with the seller was excellent. Great communication. The espresso machine however, was very finicky to get operational. I was expecting it to be a more hands-on artisan type experience for a home rig, but right out of the box it took a considerable amount of effort from me and the seller to figure out why it wasn't producing steam. Not exactly a great feeling when you're buying a higher end product with a premium price. Still it does make fantastic shots and it looks and feels great.
