    Camera arrived as advertised. My only complaint, I spent nearly $2,000, the camera came very lightly wrapped in loose bubble wrap, flopping around inside the box. I was quite upset when I saw that. Luckily nothing was damaged.

    The "Open Box - Excellent" Tamron 100-400mm lens I received, was just that...Excellent. I am very pleased with what essentially seems to be a brand new lens. This was sent in the original box with all of the warranty information and manuals. I must say, while questions I had were routinely ignored by other eBay sellers, PROCAM was the exception. They were quick to respond, and helped put me at ease about buying an expensive item, that I could not see or touch. I highly recommend them!!

    Shipped fast ans came as described. My only complaint would be how the camera and battery was shipped! The packing was kinda loose and battery damaged but they sent a new battery as soon as I contacted them about it! Other than that everythng arrived as pictured and described!
