Welcome to UpAndPrinting! Due to "buyers" and I use that term loosely because they're more on the line of scammers abusing eBays return system to get free printheads at our expense, ALL PRINTHEADS SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN. We simply cannot afford to replace a printhead every time someone fries a printhead by forcing aftermarket inks that would ordinarily void any printers warranty. We sell verified functional printheads.

We record all serial numbers of the items we send out. If an item is returned with a missing or non-matching serial number the refund will be denied and the fraudulent return will be reported to eBay, Ours and Your local law enforcement, and Postal Inspectors.
