  Seller had 5 of the item for sale. I purchased one. Item was shipped through Fed-Ex untracked. I received a message that they could not ship item due to a shortage of this product. Item never shipped. I messaged seller, Has this item shipped or not. They responded, item is in limited supply. The were selling five and I only bought one. I was REFUNDED but it took 9 days of lost time. Not sure what happened, therefore the negative feedback and not neutral feedback.
