I believe this happened during transit. On contacting the Seller about this, they responded very quickly and the situation was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. A full refund was given. I do not see this breakage as a black mark on the Seller, as again, I feel this was more to do with transport of the item. I therefore recommend this Seller highly and would definitely buy from them again. 5*****

The time between making the order to the item being delivered was a little over 24 hours. Better performance than Amazon. I'm pretty sure the quality of the item will be just as good.
