Not only did I receive a response, but after I received my order, I seen that my needs were taken care of and not just said.     Great Communication - Did Not receive the product - Delivered to wrong address to a house down the road - They sent picture that the carrier took of the door and porch the package was left at- Wasn't my door and porch - I sent pictures of my door, porch and condo complex around me - They requested I go to the house to ask about package, I denied due to safety concern - My money was refunded. The carrier said that was the place their system said to go. Seller not to blame for that
