    Compre una plancha para el cabello de una marca, pague por eso y me llego de otra marca algo que yo no pedí, quise hacer la devolucion y no hubo como hacerlo, me dijeron que me devolverían el 15% de la compra en caso de quedármela y tampoco lo hicieron, el problema es que yo compre por un regalo y la persona salía de viaje y del apuro me toco quedarmela. El tema es que no cumplen con lo ofrecido en la compra, envían lo que quieren, eso es un descontento para el cliente.
