    Everything was nice, I was surprised though that for a new book it had no wrapper. HOWEVER the UPS delivery was inexcusable. I wss looking for the book maybe in or around my BIG mailbox or on the porch, but no. I found it laying on the ground by the driveway. It was a rainy day. So UPS gets only 5 out of 10. Kudos though to the seller, 10 out of 10! My only suggestion use a service that provides complete tracking to help the customer. UPS had the only muck up; take a bow UPS.
