The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. The price was very good. It was actually delivered late, and open !, But luckily the contents were still in the envelope, and while it does not look like the envelope was ever sealed, it may have had something to do with the Royal Mail's handling of the package. So as the switches anr so nice, and all their, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Although it was clearly a budget item, I have no reason to believe it was substandard hence the reason for replacing like for like.
