    What was shipped was NOT what was pictured. I ordered based on the photo they used which was NO charcoal in the pads. They sent an entirely different product with charcoal. Cant use charcoal due to allergy. I sent pictures of what they sent me. They do not ccept refunds and I wasn't asking for one. But I would like the product I ordered..
