    The product took a bit to ship due to it being in china! But arrived in great quality as described and I even got my promo card for ordering more than one box!     Item condition says "used" only because they had to open the box to check which item is inside the blind box. It's basically like new; the plastic bags inside the box are unopened, and the doll is untouched. The item came with everything as described. Seller had proactive communication.     Though the item never arrived, having been lost once it reached the US, the seller was very prompt with their replies and their updates, having contacted the logistics company many times. Once it was determined to have been lost, the seller immediately reached out with the info and provided a refund.
