    Tablet arrived safely today and exactly as described. Even though it was listed as for parts only, the device works extremely well. The lines on the screen are immaterial to me because they can barely be seen in dark mode (which is what I use) so I consider this a terrific value for the money. Packaged extremely well.     Packing was amazing and tablet is as described. Worth the value compared to ones even on sale currently. My only gripe was shipping through FedEx was a terrible idea. They ended up taking my package to another house. The lady tried to lie and FedEx was useless on customer service. Had to threaten calling the cops to get the truth and my package. Please don't use FedEx on Texas shipments. They're infamous for wrong deliveries. 10/10 seller would recommend

    This is a great product and at a great price! The seller preownedtech was very helpful with questions and shipped my order in great packaging and it arrived quickly. Was missing one HDMI cable and when I told them, they shipped one out to me promptly, arriving only 2 days later. They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend them and this product!

    This purchase was not a smooth transaction BUT the Seller did make things right! I purchased this item and when it arrived, it was severely damaged. The item had not been packaged properly and did not survive the transit. I notified the seller, sent photos of everything and the communication was great. The seller provided me with an RMA so I could ship the item back and processed a full refund for my purchase.
