I don't really LEAVE feedback anymore, unless the experience is completely abysmal. However, in this case I feel compelled to do so, because vendor did a stand-up thing and took immediate ownership which is especially rare today. The item I received does NOT work, as the faceplate it damaged. Though I'm still without a radio, unfortunately, I contacted the vendor and there was no back-and-forth. He immediately made it right. Nice work!
