    Shipping was quick and arrived when expected. Packaging was in a heavily taped up box. It was not the original box, but item was described as an open box item. Wheelchair was described as new because the rear wheels were still wrapped in plastic, but the front wheel forks had scratches and were missing washers. It looks like there were attempted adjustments to the wheelchair. Seller was friendly and responsive but unhelpful. Had to contact manufacturer for service and to buy the extra parts.

    The listing includes precise details of the unit condition, what was included, in addition to multiple detailed photos of same. Buyer required OPTIONAL parts NOT included from mfg / in this sale (noted clearly as optional in the listing details). Suggested buyer contact mfg to obtain further guidance to obtain the optional / specific parts necessary to make accurate and safe modifications.
