  Beware Seller is a dishonest. Ordered rechargeable phone batteries. They arrived & all were completely dead & unrechargeable. Contacted seller right away & was told they are sending the address to me that I should use to return the batteries back to them. They have not contacted me since then. I have written to them & they do not answer or refund my $22 I paid. It's already a month now. Ebay to go after them after opening a case against PERFECTDEALS Do not buy from them.

  Unfortunately, the batteries were dead. The seller shipped them on time but UPS was a week late in the arrival time. This was no fault of the seller. I requested to return the batteries. There was a prompt reply from the seller. My refund was made in a very timely manner and the seller did not request the batteries to be returned. I gave it a neutral review because the batteries were defective. The seller, did everything to make things right. I would re-order from this seller in the future.

  Not sure how new these are since they came in broken packaging. I needed something right away so kept them and time will tell if they are brand new. Seller assured me that they are and were just packaged poorly and then said they were returns from customer that bought wrong model and apologized. I don't feel certain they are new if they were returned. Communication was prompt but a little confusing. Offered $1.00 refund but I declined it in case it truly was just sloppy preparation of product.
