Nothing went right with this purchase. It took 2 weeks for the seller to ship the item, and when it finally did arrive (16 days after purchase), the set was incomplete. Even more confusing is the item came from Amazon. The seller finally did come through and issue a refund, so no hard feelings.

To be perfectly clear, you did not "reach out to me about the issue" until after I filed an "item not received" case. If you don't want negative feedback, stop selling items that you do not have. If you had this item in hand, you could have shipped promptly and you could have inspected it to make sure it was complete. You dropped the ball. Stop blaming others...
