Unfortunately the valves were not individually wrapped in the box, and so a couple of them got damaged by the others in the package as the box they were in was of course thrown around by the shipper. The seller did accept the return of the 2 damaged valves. Good seller, but I wish the valves had been individually wrapped in padding as they were essentially brand new and perfect before they shipped.

    The tank arrived quickly, and the box was in almost perfect condition. The trucking company handled this with care. The tank was installed the day after arrival, and found in good working order. The air pressure was quite low and needed to be raised substantially. The info tag on tank stated 2019 manufacture date, so 5 years old. I would suggest the air pressure should be checked regularly to confirm proper operation. Retired plumbing and heating contractor.

    Best customer service ever . . They accepted my offer . . then I had much difficulty with getting UPS to ship to my "middle of no where address" but seller persisted for several days and was able to finally ship. I received my water tank, installed it and am delighted with my entire experience
