  The seller was very kind and understanding! My order arrived later than expected, postal service error! I'm just disappointed with the item! I took it out of the box, the bottom piece was not attached! Could get the pond to go back into place! Some of the wires inside under the pond aren't attached or broke! Not sure! I tried to put it together and plugged it in but no luck getting it to work! Some little pieces seem to have broken and rattled inside! Oh well! I still recommend this seller!
