Two weeks of dragging me with excuses, and still didn’t receive anything. I was told they had a family issue. Then they finally shipped the item, but didn’t pay for the shipping. I got a refund and a promise that the item will still be shipped, but usps is stating that this item is not being shipped because the shipping cost is not paid. Just wasted my time for no reason.
