    First the seller ignored my messages asking about the product. Then after waiting days for it to be sent I requested a refund and it was ignored and the product was sent the next evening. I then waited 4 days past when it was supposed to be here and checked tracking and it's been circling the same few postal offices 2-3 times each for several. I again messaged the seller with no response. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not buy from them again! I still haven't gotten my package!!!!

    The buy left their negative feedback on 5/7/24, which is the same day they sent their message. Buyer did not allow time for a response to their question. When messages were checked the next day, the package was delivered. The buyer chose USPS, regular mail, it is sometimes slower. If a faster delivery is needed, then buyers must pay the additional funds for a faster service. Powerhouse prides itself on quality service to all customers.
